It is the school holidays here this week so my students are having a break from lessons. It’s the perfect time for me to catch up on my own playing and I’m really enjoying practising.
What music do you currently have on your music stand? I’m loving all kinds of piano pieces right now from composers like Debussy, Bridge, Grovlez, Alexis Ffrench, Poulenc and many others.
This great quote from Lang Lang caught my eye today and I will definitely be taking the opportunity this week to ‘play more’ and just love and enjoy playing the piano.
